What I did

Every May the committee changed and the receipts went with them. Three years of spending lived in one person's camera roll, and the handover was a folder nobody could open.

The first version was one screen and no accounts, just a link that anyone on the committee could open and that expired with the term. That constraint did most of the design work: with no logins there was nothing to hand over.
