Room booking that admits it is full

The old flow showed every slot and failed at checkout. This one shows four, and they are all real.

What I did

The old flow showed every slot in the week and failed at checkout, because availability was read once when the page loaded and never again. People learned to book twice and cancel one.

Showing four slots instead of forty was not a visual decision. It was the only honest thing to show, because four was how many the system could actually promise.
