For organisations

For career services, study-abroad agencies, schools and training providers. Buy seats for your students: each gets every Pro feature, turns their resume into a website they can send, and makes a version of it for each job or programme they apply to. Take seats alone, or seats with a collaboration space where your advisers work on students' drafts with them.

Two plans

Seats plan

Every student gets a seat, and you see how far each has got.

per seat, 6 months
$19$15 from 50 seats
per seat, 12 months
$29$23 from 50 seats
  • A seat for each student: every Pro feature, and credits from your organisation's pool when theirs run short.
  • A roster of what each student agreed to share: resume, sites, tracked jobs and visits.
  • Invites by email that show when a student signs in, and links to share with a class.
  • Groups for cohorts, a limit on credits per student, and an export to a spreadsheet.

Collaboration plan

Everything in the seats plan, and a space where advisers work with students on their drafts.

per seat, 6 months
$29$23 from 50 seats
per seat, 12 months
$45$35 from 50 seats
  • Everything in the seats plan.
  • Advisers, up to 50 at no extra charge. Each works only with the students assigned to them, on what each student chooses to share.
  • Comments pinned to any part of a student's draft, reviews of a draft, and tasks. With the student's permission, advisers change a draft, its look included and in the editor's advanced mode too, make tailored versions, and publish the site or a version they have reviewed.
  • The tools of your kind of organisation, below. AI your advisers use is paid from your organisation's pool.
  • Your brand on the invites your students receive.

Three kinds of organisation

The kind decides what the collaboration space offers your advisers. On the seats plan every kind gets the same seats and roster.

Career services

Job applications across your students and where each stands, recommended jobs, match analysis and tailored websites made for a student, a weekly goal for each, and offers and placements.

Study abroad

Programmes read from their official pages, analysis of each, study websites tailored to a programme, application status and deadlines, and admissions.

General

Comments, edits and reviews on students' drafts, and tasks, without the job and study tools. For a school or a programme that guides students in other ways.

What a seat gives a student

  • Every Pro feature: up to 10 sites, up to 15 versions tailored to jobs, their own domain name, visitor statistics, password protection and data export. A seat does not include the 800 AI credits a month a Pro subscription does.
  • Instead, 300 AI credits for each six months go into your organisation's pool. When a student's own credits run short, credits from the pool are moved to them automatically, usually 100 at a time, up to 600 a student over the terms running now unless you set another limit.
  • When the seat ends, the student keeps their site online on the free plan, and their account and data stay theirs.

What your staff get

  • A roster: who joined, who has uploaded a resume, who has published a site and where, how many jobs each is tracking and at what stage, visits to their sites, and how many of your credits each has received.
  • Invites by email for students, advisers and admins, and links to share with a class or a group chat; groups for cohorts; an export to a spreadsheet.
  • The pool: what is left, what was handed to students this month, and the limit for each student.

What students agree to

Each student joins with their own account and agrees, on a page of its own, to share the progress listed above with you. You may use it only to guide them in their job search, studies or applications. You never see their resume files, what their profile entries say, unpublished drafts, job descriptions or their notes. A student can leave at any time from their account page, and the roster is hidden thirty days after your term ends.

On the collaboration plan each student also chooses, site by site, what your advisers may read, comment on, change or publish, and whether they may use AI on it. They can change that or stop collaborating at any time, and keep their seat.

Prices

Per seat, in US dollars, tax included. At least 10 seats. From 50 seats each costs less. For 200 seats or more, or a whole campus, write to us for a quote.

More credits for the pool cost the same as the credit packs on the Plans page. Unlike a pack, credits in the pool, and those moved to students, expire when the term they came with ends. A short free pilot is possible: ask us.

How to buy

  1. Write to us with your organisation's name, what kind of organisation it is, which plan, how many students, and for how long.
  2. We reply with a quote and a payment link. Payment is handled by Creem, our merchant of record, in US dollars, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  3. Once it is paid we set your organisation up and invite its owner by email: the invite shows when they sign in with that address. From there you invite your students, and your advisers, yourselves.

Questions

What is the difference between the two plans?
Both give every student a seat and show you how far each has got. The collaboration plan adds a space where advisers work with the students assigned to them: comments on their drafts, reviews and tasks, and the tools of your kind of organisation; where a student allows it, advisers also change and publish. It costs more per seat and includes up to 50 advisers.
Do advisers see everything a student has?
No. An adviser sees only the students assigned to them, and of each only what that student chose to share: the sites they picked, their profile if they shared it, and their applications. A student can change that or stop at any time.
Can an adviser publish a student's site?
Only where the student allows it for that site, and only a version the adviser has reviewed as it stands. Otherwise the student publishes, as with any site of theirs.
Who pays for the AI advisers use?
Your organisation, from its pool of credits: the same pool that tops up students' own credits. A student's own credits are never used for an adviser's work.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, write to us. Moving to the seats plan closes the collaboration space without deleting anything, and moving back opens it again.
Can you issue an invoice?
We cannot issue a Chinese fapiao. Creem, the seller of record, issues a receipt for each payment, in English and in US dollars. Ask your finance team whether that serves your reimbursement or accounts before you buy.
Can we move a seat from one student to another?
Yes. When you remove a student, or they leave, their seat is free again straight away, for the next student you invite.
What happens when our term ends?
Students go back to the free plan, or to a plan of their own. Their sites stay online and nothing is deleted. Renew before the end and nobody notices a change.
Who owns the students' sites?
The students. They sign up with their own email, the content is theirs, and they can leave your organisation at any time and keep their sites and account.
What if a student already pays for a plan of their own?
Their subscription keeps running and stays the plan they use, with its monthly credits, until it ends; your pool still hands them credits when theirs run short. Your seat's plan takes over when their subscription ends. They still take one of your seats.
