Refund Policy
Version 2026-10-21-docs, in effect from 21 October 2026
exploremehere is sold through Creem, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Purchases are final: once what you paid for is in your account, the payment is not refunded, except in the cases this page lists. This policy is part of our Terms of Service (section 3).
1. Who sells, and who refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem, operated by Armitage Labs OÜ in Estonia. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it is the seller, takes the payment, issues the receipt, handles sales tax, and makes any refund.
Every refund is paid by Creem, back to the payment method you used.
2. Purchases are final
Subscription payments (the first and every renewal), 90-day passes and AI credit packs are digital services supplied online, starting as soon as your payment completes. Once they are in your account they are not refundable, except in the cases listed in the next section.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund the period you are in. A pass does not renew. Credits you buy do not expire, so there is no deadline to use them.
3. When you do get money back
- A right the law gives you that cannot be excluded. The law applies. For example: consumers in mainland China may ask for a payment back within 7 days of making it; consumers in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland and the UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase on the terms that law sets (it can end early, or cost you a share of the price, for a service or content you asked to receive straight away and have used); consumers elsewhere have whatever similar rights their own law gives them.
- We did not deliver, or it does not work. If what you paid for does not reach your account, or a fault stops it working as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we deliver it, fix it, or refund you in full or in proportion.
- You were charged wrongly. A duplicate charge, a charge made by mistake, or a charge you did not authorise is refunded in full.
- We stop or cut the service. If we stop providing the service, close your account other than for a breach of the Terms of Service, or materially reduce what a running plan or pass includes, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for and the purchased credits you have not spent (valued at the price of the pack they came from, divided by the credits in it). If we close your account because you breached the Terms, we still return both, less the loss the breach actually caused us.
- Creem refunds a payment itself. Creem is the seller, and may refund a purchase within 60 days of it at its own discretion, for example to settle a dispute before it becomes a chargeback.
4. How to ask
Write to support@exploremehere.com from your account’s email, say which payment it is (the order number is on the receipt Creem sent you) and which of the cases above applies. Every request gets an answer; if you have not had one within seven days, you can also contact Creem at creem.io/contact.
Once a refund is approved, how long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or card provider.
5. What a refund changes
A full refund of a pass ends it at once; if it had absorbed an earlier pass, that pass runs again on its original dates. A full refund of a subscription payment ends the subscription, so it does not renew, and the account returns to the free plan. A partial refund leaves your pass, subscription and credits as they are.
A full refund of a pack of credits takes back whatever is left of it. If some were already spent, those are not clawed back and your balance is not put into debt: the work was done and we paid for it.
Seats and credits bought by an organisation come under this policy too. When an organisation’s term is refunded in full, its seats and the credits of its pool not yet moved to students are cancelled at once; credits already moved to students are not taken back (see Organisation accounts in the Terms of Service).
Either way your published sites stay online and nothing is deleted; only the paid features stop (see Terms of Service, section 3).
6. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits a right that the mandatory consumer law of the place where you live gives you.
